To the extent the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India) and rules issued thereunder ("DPDP Act") apply to our processing of your digital personal data within India, we act as the Data Fiduciary for that processing. We also comply with the Information Technology Act, 2000 ("IT Act") and applicable rules, including requirements relating to reasonable security practices and procedures for sensitive personal data or information, where relevant.

If you access the Service from outside India, additional laws may apply in your jurisdiction; where they do not conflict with mandatory Indian law, we will take them into account in good faith.

To the extent the DPDP Act applies, you may have rights including (where provided by law) to access your personal data, request correction or updating of inaccurate data, request erasure or restriction in prescribed circumstances, withdraw consent where processing is consent-based (without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing), and nominate another individual to exercise your rights in the event of death or incapacity, in accordance with applicable procedures.

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or other regions with data protection laws, you may have additional rights under those laws; we will respond within the timeframes those laws require where applicable.
