3. User Content & AI Generations

Your Ownership

You retain all rights to the images and content you upload to the Service.

AI Generations

We assign to you all right, title, and interest in the images generated by the AI services for you, to the fullest extent permitted by law. This means you can use them for commercial purposes if you are on a paid plan that includes commercial rights.

License to Us

By using the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, modify, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service (e.g., displaying your gallery, debugging).

4. Payments & Refunds

Credit System: Our Service operates on a credit-based system. You purchase credits which are consumed when you use specific features.

Pricing Changes: We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time. Any price changes will apply to future purchases.

Subscription Cancellation: If you subscribe to a recurring plan, you may cancel at any time. Your benefits will continue until the end of the current billing period.

5. Disclaimers

"AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" Disclaimer

The Service is provided to you "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, the Company expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise, with respect to the Service.

We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements, achieve any intended results, be compatible with other software, or be error-free.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.
